Full Journal pdf2010-04-16 House Journal Page 2392 HB 20 Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 2369) on the following: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 20(FIN) "An Act relating to commercial fishing loans for energy efficiency upgrades and increasing the maximum amount for certain loans under the Commercial Fishing Loan Act; and providing for an effective date." and 2010-04-16 House Journal Page 2393 SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 20(FIN) "An Act relating to commercial fishing loans for improving fuel efficiency and increasing the maximum amount for certain loans under the Commercial Fishing Loan Act; and providing for an effective date." (SCR 20 - title change resolution) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Johansen moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 20(FIN), thus adopting SCS CSHB 20(FIN), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 20(FIN)?" Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. SCS CSHB 20(FIN) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
